Read a Full Review of Style Master 1.2

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is one of the best things to happen to HTML since the table tag but, like the table tag, CSS can seem to be a bitch to implement. Style Master 1.2, now available for both Windows and Macintosh, is the most powerful and intuitive tool to harness the possibilities of Style Sheets. While other editors give you control over how a style sheet makes your pages look, only Style Master 1.2 gives you intuitive control over the whole process of creating, editing, applying and tweaking your style sheets. New features in this version include extended browser support advice, as well as a complete style sheet reference integrated with the application. True point and click editing of style sheets. Create sophisticated style sheets with little or no typing, using Style Master's intuitive Selector and Property editing windows. Create fully CSS1 and CSSP compliant style sheets. If it is in the spec, you can do it. Open and edit compliant style sheets no matter what application created them. Edit style sheets in the of HTML documents, then safely save them back to the document. Specify the browser or browsers that you are designing a style sheet for. Style Master warns you about any aspects of your style sheet that are not fully supported by the browsers you specify, and even gives you some ideas to help you work around these problem areas. Browsers are still very sensitive to style sheets. The only way to be sure that the style sheet works as you want it to is by viewing it in a browser. Preview the properties, or the whole style sheet in a preview document of choice. With Style Master you can preview in any number of browsers simultaneously. One touch previewing in all open browsers, or even live previewing in open browsers if you prefer.

Style Master doesn't just let you create and edit style sheets, it lets you integrate your style sheets into your web sites. Simply and quickly link your web pages to a style sheet. Embed a style sheet into a web page. Even edit style sheets embedded in the head of HTML documents.

Legacy support: edit style sheets no matter what application they were developed with. Edit style sheets embedded in HTML Documents, with no other effect on the HTML file (even creator codes are unchanged). Unique, point and click editing of all selector types. This most complicated aspect of style sheets is made easy using Style Master. Intuitive point and click editing of all style sheet properties in the CSS1 and CSSP recommendations.

Built in support to help you target the major browsers. No need to worry whether a selector or property is supported by a browser, Style Master tells you precisely what is not fully supported.

Integrated style sheet information means you won't be confused by the array of properties available and the uses they have. One click and this information is conveniently available right inside Style Master.
