ITDocs-to-Go

Having trouble revising and updating your website? Is it possibly due to inaccurate or lack of documentation? Maybe you just don't know where to start. Well this might be just what the doctor ordered. "ITDocs-to-Go" is your one stop for site documentation.

"ITDocs-to-go" is an easy to customize set of templates that allows your Web Project Team to easily map out an existing web page or plan and document a new project for presentation. These are a complex set of document templates designed for large-scale web pages. They include Internet legal information, Inquiry Questionnaires, E-commerce related forms and lots of other technical documentation. The documents are created in Microsoft Word format making them easy to edit and customize. The only thing that you'll have to do is fill in the blanks and insert your company's logo.

The complete set of templates are called "WebDocs", it includes an easy to use editorial with navigation and project briefs, Functional Specification, E-Commerce Web Site Questionnaire, Sample RFP (Request for Proposal) forms, Detailed Site Specification, Web Site Inquiry Questionnaire, and a Glossary of Terms to assist even the novice web sight designer with the correct terminology.

This is an inexpensive and easy way to complete the documentation for your website. This product gives you the ability to very specifically document your site and is both user-friendly and highly customizable. It is most useful for large-scale web projects that require complete documentation for legal issues, customer service and satisfaction. You can also purchase just a single template depending on your specific needs.

  • Pros: Accurate and in-depth documentation. Most useful for high-end, large-scale web project that requires complete documentation. Keep all of your documentation consistent and in the same format and structure. And best of all, you can purchase just the templates that you need for you specific project to help save money.
  • Cons: Not recommended for documenting small web project or personal web pages. There's only one place to purchase the product. It's only available in Microsoft Word format.
  • Do we recommend it? Yes. If you want accurate and in-depth documentation for your web project, then ITDocs-to-go will give you a lot of bang for your buck.
