Jim Murray
Writer, illustrator, 3D artist and documented oddball, Jim flew carrier jets in the U.S. Navy for fourteen years before he decided to stop having fun and get serious. He has degrees from the University of Houston and the University of Southern California, having studied mainly mathematics and some other things that he has only a dim recollection of today.
Now he lives in rural Kent, England with his wife Alexandra and two Jack Russell terriers. He writes, designs, does general Web development and putters in his garden. He likes 3D Studio, Photoshop, Authorware, red Burgundies, English ales, Havana cigars and Microsoft. He dislikes programming, Iowa winters, poisonous plants, traffic, oily fish and Microsoft.
