Ok, I've got a Packard Bell....yes, a Packard Bell, 486DX100....I'm trying to get it setup so I can run an ethernet from it to my main comp... I had to format my hard drive and reinstall win 3.11....Now it's telling me that my cd isn't hooked up right because either the cdrom or the card it's running from aren't ready. The card is one of those wonderful sound card/IDE things.... Any help would be greatly appreciated....you can send any responses via email...

thanks Phil

Sadly, neither Web Developer's Journal, Markland Communities, Inc., Paige Turner nor anyone else associated with sponsoring these discussion groups can in any way be held responsible for any advice given here. The great unwashed masses of the public Internet hang out here and freely offer advice to all who seek it and some who don't. Take any advice received here with the proverbial grain of salt.
