I am having problems with JDK1.1.6. When I run 'Java tool' (tool being my class) I get the error:

java.lang.UnsatifiedLinkError: handleEvent at java.awt.Component.dispatchEventImpl(Component.java:1466) at java.awt.Container.dispatchEventImpl(Container.java:818)

The gui loads up, but none of the text in the buttons or labels is visible.

Apparently I am using the old event handling methods, however I don't know what the new methods are.

Can any one help??
