I have a mac. My internet server has not helped me with this.. Everytime I log on, a prompt comes up that says "Java cannot be initialized because the Java 30 file is not installed correctly" Then I click the box and everything continues. I get into the internet etc.
BUT.... I never get any sound and I cannot play movies etc. My most recent try was a movie showing me how to sew something. I downloaded it on to my desktop and then tried it. All a got was the movie (not clear) and absolutely no sound when it was obivious I should be hearing the person talking.
I am not a computer junky, but would like some hlep in this!!
