I want to know how I can get a data/time stamp(current) of a file in the html file from some files which are being updated regularly. For example if x.gif update at 6:00 am then webpage should show 6:00am time, and when x.gif is updated at 12:00 pm then webpage should show 12:00 pm time with x.gif. I know I have to write some sort of cron job for this, any info on this? Thx.

The great unwashed masses of the public Internet hang out here and freely offer advice to all who seek it and some who don't. Take any advice received here with the proverbial grain of salt.
