Printing Webpages with Java Apps

I am the computer teacher in a middle school in West Virginia.
I have been unsuccessful in printing webpages with java apps via
the Netscape browser by the file:print command. Being in
education, there are times when I need to print graphics as well
as text. I sincerely hope someone can help me with this. Thanks,
